The Continuous Improvement Team's mission is to develop and operate a continuous improvement framework program and is promoted in the BSC or the Avis Budget Group within the process development, quality improvement, customer satisfaction and business development partners. The Continuous Improvement team has steadily improved the company's adaptability. Facilitating the effective implementation of change, thus contributing to the BSC to become centers of competent. This team is responsible for process and quality improvement and change management methods and tools for education and for the correct application. The CI team represents the Avis Budget Group Performance Excellence (PEX) program in the BSC.
The Continuous Improvement Team is responsible for to maintenance and develops the Quality Management system as well.
The team is leaded by the Head of Continuous Improvement (Process Development Director).

Support of Development and transfer projects
Managing Pex project
Support of Group's projects
Operate and develop Quality Excellence Program
ISO 9001 quality management system internal audit
Ensure the Total Quality Management framework and to develop
Develop Visual management system
Introduce and control Clean Desk Office Program
Ensure the methodologies which necessary to develop the BSC processes/activities
